An Integrative Approach Built Over Two Decades
I am a psychologist, partner, mother, and nature lover. Since 2002, I have worked both in private practice at Strubensvalley Medical Centre and within a multi-disciplinary team at Poortview Psychiatric Hospital.
My preference is to work with adults and teenagers. Over the years I developed my own therapeutic approach, incorporating learnings from multiple evidence-based disciplines tailoring each method to the person in front of me.
