Because Insight to Impact is a digitally delivered online course, our refund policy is structured as follows to comply with digital product standards.
Before Accessing the Content
If you have purchased the course but have not yet logged into the course platform, streamed any video content, or downloaded any course materials, you may request a full refund.
After Accessing the Content
Once you have logged into the course platform, streamed any video content, or downloaded any course materials, no refunds or cancellations will be issued, as the digital product is considered "consumed."
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund prior to accessing the course, please email mariaan@copingskills.co.za with your proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited back via Payfast to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
