Delivery & Access Terms
Everything you need to know about accessing the Insight to Impact course after purchase.
Immediate Digital Access
Upon successful completion of your payment via Payfast, you will receive an automated email within minutes containing your unique login credentials and a direct link to the course platform.
If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder before contacting us at mariaan@copingskills.co.za.
Access Duration
You will have 12 months' access to the course content from the date of purchase, allowing you to complete the training at your own pace. Access will expire automatically at the end of the 12-month period. Extensions are not currently offered, but if you have exceptional circumstances please contact us
Technical Requirements
To access the training, you will need: A stable internet connection,Â
A device capable of streaming video content (computer, tablet, or smartphone) & A PDF viewer for downloadable course materials. The course platform is browser-based no additional software installation is required.
