My Approach
My approach to therapy is Solution Focused
Over the years I developed my own therapeutic approach one that doesn’t box a client into a single method but draws from the full breadth of evidence-based modalities to meet each person where they are.
I work with both adults and teenagers and have a particular interest in the intersection of cognition, emotion regulation, and relationship dynamics. Each session is guided by what you bring and where you want to go.
I work in collaboration with General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Occupational Therapists as a multi-disciplinary approach.

A Typical Session
1.
Settle In
We begin slowly. There's tea, a comfortable chair, and no agenda you must arrive with.
2.
Explore Together
We follow what matters whether a recent moment or an older pattern asking to be heard.
3.
Carry Forward
We close with grounding, sometimes a small reflection or practice for the week between.
4.
Start Again
Healing isn’t linear. Each session builds, and some days feel hard that’s part of the process.
